Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experiences preferred
• Ability to work Weekends/Holidays
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Bi-Lingual a plus
• Background Check and Drug Screen Required

Responsibilities:

• Keep facilities, common areas and restrooms clean and maintained
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
• Wipe down tables
• Clean & stock supply closet
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment
• Notify managers of repairs needed
• Collect & dispose of trash, porter the grounds
• Customer service
• Properly clean upholstered furniture
• Reporting any safety hazards to MOD
