The maintenance person is responsible for general repairs and upkeep of the property

Responsibilities:

• Maintain all equipment in proper operating condition according to preventative maintenance schedule
• Able to work on ladders
• Operate outdoor power equipment
• Complete daily assignments and maintain accurate records
• Maintain inventory control
• Assist in HVAC filter changes and roof inspections
• Snow removal in walkways and hardscape
• Pressure washing of the hardscapes
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas and parking lot
• Sweep, mop and clean restrooms as necessary
• Promote and practice safety standards at all times
• Refer tenant issues to Maintenance Supervisor or GM
• Provide customer service
• Able to work weekends

Qualifications:

General knowledge of indoor and outdoor repairs and upkeep of grounds, preferred

• Ability to lift/push/pull 40-60 pounds
• Active drivers license
• Possess good time management and organizational skills
• Enjoy working outdoors, with an eye for detail
• Desires surrondings to be clean and orderly
• Knowledge of all emergency procedures and implentation of those procedures
• Background Check and Drug Screen Required
