Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Park Attendants to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that all park visitors have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience. This position requires strong customer service skills, the ability to manage various tasks, and a passion for working in an outdoor environment.

Duties

• Provide exceptional guest services by welcoming visitors and assisting with inquiries about park amenities and activities.
• Monitor park facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are upheld.
• Assist in the management of events held within the park, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce park rules and regulations while effectively managing any conflicts or issues that may arise among guests.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a friendly and hospitable atmosphere throughout the park.
• Engage with children and families, providing guidance on activities and ensuring a fun environment for all ages.
• Maintain a friendly outgoing personality with our guests and team members
• Maintain a fun and safe environment inside the park
• Support team lead in all opening and closing park procedures
• Help maintain a clean environment ; some janitorial duties will apply

Requirements

• Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred.
• Background in hospitality or events management is advantageous.
• Experience working with children or in recreational settings is highly desirable.
• A passion for outdoor activities and commitment to providing excellent service to all park visitors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must
• Able to work a flexible schedule during normal business hours, including weekends and holidays
