Overview:

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and staff supervision

- Manage inventory including stock, pricing, and purchasing

- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints

- Oversee sales activities and ensure targets are met

- Train and mentor retail staff on product knowledge and sales techniques

- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for business growth

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager in a retail setting

- Familiarity with wireless sales or grocery store operations is a plus

- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals with suppliers

- Ability to manage shifts effectively and ensure smooth store operations

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Knowledge of sales management principles and strategies
